Dan O’Day is a lawyer and programmer with over 25 years of experience in the legal industry. His legal experience covers the entire spectrum of law firm operations from court runner to paralegal to lawyer.

Nelson Quintero is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property. He focuses his practice on patent and trademark prosecution for both U.S. and foreign clients.

Dave Stein has over 15 years of experience working as a software engineer. In addition Dave has worked as a software architect focusing on the delivery of an NDC compliant American Airlines certified application as well as served as a technical lead for various Federal and DOD development projects.

Ted Kukorowski is a 20+ year veteran in the legal software industry. His experience includes positions at Thomson Elite, Thomson West, OpenText, and DocsCorp. Ted is the Managing Director for Large Law at ECFX where he helps firms understand all the benefits of the ECFX Notice Management System.

Kristen Gutierrez has 10+ years experience working in law firms and held many roles, including Managing Clerk, before ECFX. She is skilled in Docketing, Electronic Filing, and Developing Best Practices for Law Firms. She is also the former chair of the NY Chapter of the NDA and holds a Bachelor's Degree focused on Legal Studies from Saint John's University.

Kelly began her career in a project manager role with ERAS LLC, where she was assigned to a project with the Cooperation Council of Arab Gulf states to participate in a feasibility study for the negotiation of free trade agreements. She later moved into various marketing positions with start-ups. Kelly holds degrees in marketing and management from CU Boulder.

Robert previously worked at the IT Technical Help Desk with Charles Schwab. He has also worked in the Fraud Analysis and Cyber Security Realm, where he has worked part time as a Security Consultant since. While consulting, he took on the position as the Information Systems Manager for Prospect Airport Services at DFW- Intl Airport.

Niles is a mathematician with 35+ years of experience in software architecture, language, and design. While working for NASA he created the popular GeoTIFF image interchange standard that has become an archival standard in use by the US Library of Congress. He also spent 20 years with Thomson Reuters - Elite.

Ginger is a seasoned software engineer with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications across diverse industries. With comprehensive knowledge across all facets of software development, Ginger combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset to deliver high-performance and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of organizations.

Dave comes to ECFX with 18+ years of docketing and paralegal experience. He previously worked with Redgrave LLP, where he created the firm’s first docket and legal assistant departments.

Kennedy comes from a CPQ software background where she focused on project management and go-to-market operations.

Levi is a highly skilled engineering leader with over 15 years of experience, specializing in software development, architecture, quality, and automation. He has a proven track record of founding innovative technology solutions, leveraging various technologies to enhance user experiences, as well as leading large-scale engineering projects that significantly improve product offerings and delivery efficiency.

Justin is a seasoned sales professional with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. With a background spanning roles such as Enterprise Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Development Representative, he brings a wealth of experience in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships.

Greg Krulin is a Technical Success Manager at ECFX with a background in customer success and legal technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and has experience supporting law firms in implementing and optimizing technology solutions for litigation and court notice management.

Travis' experience spans front-end development with JavaScript for an online media company, backend development for an AI-driven anomaly detection firm, and building a disease outbreak detection platform as Director of Platform Engineering at a health AI startup. His work centers on creating innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients & industries.

Dee is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. With expertise in sales management and a few years specializing in legal tech, Dee excels at developing relationships with clients and tailoring solutions that meet the unique needs of law firms and legal professionals.

Brett is a seasoned finance leader with over 15 years of experience spanning companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Ernst & Young and Domuso. At ECFX, Brett leverages his deep expertise in SaaS platforms and background in financial planning, accounting, and strategic operations to drive the company’s financial health and support its growth.

Adam Warbington has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, where he has designed and developed enterprise software solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms. He has led technical initiatives focused on enhancing security, scalability, and system performance, while also serving as a leader for distributed teams and cross-functional projects.

With 10 years of paralegal experience and 5 years in the legal SaaS industry as a Customer Success and Implementations Manager, Patricia combines her deep legal expertise with a strong understanding of technology. She uses her knowledge to provide insightful guidance and help her customers navigate challenges and achieve success with customized solutions.

Bill Keeling has over 25 years of R&D experience in which he has designed and developed products for enterprise teams. His career has been full of solving challenging problems with a multitude of teams, products, and companies.

Bob Moore has spent over 20 years in legal technology. His experience includes positions with Workshare, DocsCorp, OpenText, and Draftable. Bob lives in California and is the Sales Director for ECFX for the Western US.

Virginia is a Senior Product Manager at ECFX who focuses on solving real problems for legal teams. She works across engineering and client teams to turn complexity into clear, reliable solutions that make legal workflows faster and easier to manage.

Heather Munion is a software testing professional with 25+ years of experience testing and doing requirements analysis for complex systems across a broad group of industries such as retail, medical, insurance, energy, environmental, government and pharma. Her career includes building business analysis teams and software test teams in the US and internationally.

Before joining ECFX, Matt spent nearly 15 years as a docketing specialist at multiple law firms, specializing in litigation and bankruptcy.  Matt is also a former ECFX client and brings a unique, firsthand perspective to their role — approaching client support with insight and a practical understanding of challenges and workflow in the legal field.

Joey brings over 30 years of legaltech expertise with deep knowledge of legal workflows and a proven record of driving innovation. He has led transformative initiatives that bridge technology and business strategy, delivering measurable impact across organizations. Known for building high-performance teams and streamlining operations, Joey brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to growth. Ken has spent more than 20 years in Legal Tech. His experiences include positions at Thomson Reuters, SurePoint Solutions, Global Securities Information and Leopard Solutions. Ken is an avid New York Mets Fan who lives in New Jersey.
